What we collect and why

We collect only what a wholesale enquiry needs:

  • Quote and contact forms: name, company, work email, phone, market and order details, used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • Catalogue download: the PDF catalogue is freely downloadable from this site. The catalogue page also asks for your work email before showing the download link; if you give it, it is stored with your request and used for one follow-up. The catalogue itself is not sent by email.
  • Document requests: name, company and work email, used to send the document you asked for.
  • Newsletter: your email, used for B2B updates no more than monthly, with unsubscribe in every message.
  • Analytics cookies (optional): aggregate page statistics, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and analytics on the basis of consent. Enquiry records are kept for 3 years after last contact; newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We never sell personal data. Form submissions are stored in our enquiry register, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. with the database placed in Western Europe, and forwarded to our sales inbox by the FormSubmit email delivery service. If you accept analytics cookies, page statistics are processed by Google Analytics. We share personal data with no one else.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (language choice, quote list). Analytics cookies run only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable Tunisian law you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Write to sales@artisraw.com; we answer within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
