ArtisRaw is the manufacturer. Every piece is carved, turned and finished in our own workshop in Sfax, Tunisia, and has been since 2019. The quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas Certification, certificate 45.2025.0143. You are buying from the workshop that makes the goods, not from an agent reselling someone else's catalogue.
See the factory in Sfax →Minimum order quantities are set per SKU, not per order. Every category page and every product page shows the exact figure for that item: across the catalogue they run from 5 pieces, on cutting boards, baskets & bowls, chess & board games and vintage decoration, up to 100. You can mix SKUs freely in one order, as long as each line meets its own minimum.
See the minimum for each family →Yes. We produce own-brand ranges for retailers and distributors: your logo laser-engraved on the piece, your own packaging, and shapes developed from your drawings. The private label page explains the programme, the artwork formats we work from and how a first production run is set up.
Read the private label programme →12 families, all in Chemlali olive wood: cutting boards, spoons and spatulas, utensils and gadgets, mortars and pestles, jars and containers, drinkware and tumblers, trays and plates, baskets and bowls, chess and board games, vintage decoration, personalised gifts, and bath and beauty. The collections page lists each family with its SKU count and its minimum order.
Browse the collections →Everything is made at Route Saltnia Km 4.5, Sfax, Tunisia: one workshop, and the address printed on our ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The wood comes from Chemlali olive groves in the same region, from trees at the end of their fruiting life, so sourcing, cutting, finishing and packing all happen in one place.
How the wood is sourced →Yes — we are an export manufacturer and we quote delivered as readily as ex-works. Give us the destination and the Incoterm you work with when you request a quote, and we price the freight route that suits the order: sea, air or courier. The landed-cost guide in the Journal compares the three for a wood shipment.
Compare sea, air and courier →The quality page lists the documents and lets you request each one before you order: the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, EUDR due-diligence documentation and the export document pack. On EUDR, the Regulation applies from 30 December 2026 to large and medium operators, and from 30 June 2027 to micro and small ones; the statement itself is filed by the EU operator, and we supply the traceability information behind it.
Request a document →Through the quote form: choose the categories or add the exact SKUs you want, give your destination and the quantities, and send it. A reference number appears on screen as soon as the request is stored, and quoting that reference in any follow-up brings the whole list up. You can also send your list by email or WhatsApp.
Open the quote form →Yes. Distributors, importers, retail chains, e-commerce sellers and hospitality buyers are who this site is built for. There is no consumer checkout and no list price: every request is quoted per SKU against your volumes and your destination, and it reaches the wholesale desk directly rather than a shop counter.
Read the full wholesale FAQ →Olive wood is a dense hardwood with a tight, interlocked grain, so it wears slowly in daily use and takes a fine finish. Every piece carries its own figure and colour, which means no two are identical and variation is part of the product. We finish with natural mineral oil and beeswax; the care guide explains how often to re-oil a piece in service.
